I feel skeptic at first because it's my first time to do some Remote Unlocking but I really need my LG KP500 to be unlocked because it is currently locked to OPTUS in Australia. I had my doubts before using the website I gotta admit. Well it works as advertised: unlock code is correct (i tried 2 different sims from 2 different operators), and mine was delivered in just less than 24 hours. Simply enter the code as per the guide (on my device I did it without any sim inserted. It displayed a "sucess" message).

You can make your LG KU990 actived in 4 step:

1. Without sim phone power "ON"
2. Hold "camera" + "lock" button
3. You will get key pad write 2945#*990#.
4. Press active code.
5. Your cellphone will be restart
6. Turn off cellphone and insert your sim (internation sim)

Thank you!! Managed to unlock the phone, but the instructions didn't help greatly. For other BOOST locked LG KS360 phones, don't bother about entering the hashed number, with the BOOST sim in the phone. This didnt open the unlock mode as stated. Just insert your non BOOST sim into the phone, it will then ask you for a PIN. Enter the unlock code, and DONE :)

It doesn't work at first time, but I contact the Sales Support and they answer me until I unlocked my cell phone.

The first code sent to me did not work. But they sent me a new one right away and now I have a working, unlocked phone! These guys are totally legit.
